Private Duty Nursing

PASCO is hiring a Spanish-speaking female Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the care team for a 9-year-old girl living with a brain malformation. This is a night shift private duty nursing opportunity focused on providing skilled, compassionate care in the comfort of her home in Englewood, CO.

Location: Englewood, CO

Pay: LPN: $28-$34 per hour; RN $34-$42 per hour

Schedule:

• 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 7 nights/week

• Flexible coverage considered; full-time or part-time night shifts available

Client Overview:

• Age: 9 years old

• Primary Diagnosis: Brain malformation

• Requires maximum assistance with all ADLs

• Uses a wheelchair

• On continuous oxygen and tube feedings

• Family prefers a female nurse fluent in Spanish to ensure comfort and communication

You’ll be supported by client’s admissions nurse, and will join a team that values compassion, communication, and high standards of care.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver overnight nursing care and monitoring in a calm, home environment

• Provide respiratory support and nutritional care through oxygen and tube feedings

• Assist with turning, repositioning, and mobility using wheelchair and equipment

• Document care activities and communicate with the care team and family as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in Colorado (required)

• CPR certification (required)

• Spanish-speaking female nurse (required by family)

• Pediatric and/or complex care experience preferred (training available)
