Private Duty Nurse

PASCO is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the care team for a 36-year-old female client living with complex medical needs in Littleton. This day shift role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, 1:1 care in a home setting while partnering with the family in a respectful and supportive way.

Location: Littleton, CO

Pay: LPN $28-$34 per hour; RN $34-$42 per hour

Schedule:

• Daily shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Up to 90 hours/week

• Flexible scheduling options considered

Client Overview:

• Age: 36-year-old female

• Primary Diagnosis: Holoprosencephaly

• Requires maximum support with all ADLs

• Requires:

  • Prolonged G-tube feedings

  • Respiratory treatments

  • Seizure precautions

  • Continuous oxygen

• Attends church with her mother on Sunday mornings (optional accompaniment)

You’ll be supported by client’s admissions nurse, and integrated into a well-coordinated care team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct, high-quality care in a home environment

• Monitor and manage complex care needs including respiratory and nutritional support

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the clinical team

• Support the client in attending regular activities as desired by the family

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN or LPN license (required)

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Experience with G-tubes, respiratory treatments, seizure care, or oxygen management is a plus (training available)

• Compassionate, patient-centered, and dependable
