POSITION

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

PASCO is looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a full-time basis to join our team to serve clients in Denver Metro & Aurora territory.  A Home Health LPN will act as a comprehensive care coordinator and perform skilled nursing visits for clients assigned to his/her care, continually assessing the client’s needs, coordinating care among all providers, and ensuring high-quality care.  To uphold PASCO's Promise to all clients, this position requires a willingness to commute to various locations in Denver to provide personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Skills, Strengths & Experience

REQUIRED

• 1 year experience practicing as an LPN and preferably in home health 
  

• Willingness to commute to various locations in Denver metro including Aurora area to provide personalized care to clients in their homes 
  

• Possessing a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance coverage for safe transportation to and from clients' residences 

• Experience with the Disability community (highly preferred)

Education and/or Licenses:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of Colorado

• Graduation from a state-approved School of Practical Nursing

• Current CPR certification

SALARY $30 - $34.50/hour + mileage reimbursement + $5,000 sign-on bonus

SCHEDULE full-time (32+ hours is considered full-time but can work up to 40 hrs)
