POSITION
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
PASCO is looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) to join our team to serve clients in Denver Metro & Aurora territory. A Home Health LPN will act as a comprehensive care coordinator and perform skilled nursing visits for clients assigned to his/her care, continually assessing the client’s needs, coordinating care among all providers, and ensuring high-quality care. To uphold PASCO's Promise to all clients, this position requires a willingness to commute to various locations in Denver to provide personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Job requirements
Skills, Strengths & Experience
REQUIRED
- 1 year experience practicing as an LPN and preferably in home health
- Willingness to commute to various locations in Denver metro including Aurora area to provide personalized care to clients in their homes
- Possessing a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance coverage for safe transportation to and from clients' residences
- Experience with the Disability community (highly preferred)
Education and/or Licenses:
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of Colorado
- Graduation from a state-approved School of Practical Nursing
- Current CPR certification
SALARY $23 to 34.50/hour + mileage reimbursement
SCHEDULE part-time (20 hours/week with potential to go full-time (32 hours or more per week)
