Location: Denver Metro & Aurora
Pay: $30–$34.50/hr + Mileage Reimbursement + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

This isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. As a PASCO LPN, you’ll provide personalized, skilled care and serve as a trusted advocate for your clients. You’ll have the freedom to build strong, meaningful relationships while receiving the support of a close-knit clinical team.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
Act as a care coordinator and collaborate with families and providers
Assess and adjust care plans to best meet client needs
Travel throughout the Denver metro and Aurora areas to deliver in-home care
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience as an LPN (home health preferred)
Current unencumbered LPN license in Colorado
Graduate of a state-approved School of Practical Nursing
Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and willingness to commute
CPR certification
Experience with the disability community is a strong plus!

Flexible Scheduling: Full-time (32–40 hours/week)
Weekly Pay + direct deposit
Mileage reimbursement at $0.63/mile
