Schedule: full-time; in-office M-F 8:30a - 4:30p
Pay: $21-$23/hour

We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and be the welcoming voice and presence for our administrative office. This role is more than just greeting guests and answering phones—it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of our organization, connecting people, supporting our administrative team, and embodying PASCO’s mission of compassionate care and service.
What You’ll Do:
Greet all visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism, reflecting PASCO’s Core Values and Code of Conduct
Announce and direct guests to the appropriate team member or department
Manage a high volume of phone calls with efficiency and a customer-first approach
Monitor and assign Jitbit tickets to the appropriate staff member
Oversee all inbound/outbound mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Receive, scan, and distribute caregiver/client documents securely
Keep the office environment organized, stocked, and running smoothly
Maintain office supply and kitchen inventory; place orders as needed
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
Upload documents into the HRIS and support HR-related admin tasks
Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and mandatory reporting laws
Support other administrative functions as needed to keep PASCO running at its best
What Success Looks Like:
Positive feedback from staff, callers, and visitors
High performance on annual surveys measuring front desk support
A clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
Timely, accurate routing of calls, documents, and communications
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
1–2 years of office administration or front desk experience preferred
Experience working with the public in person and by phone is a plus
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills:
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) — required
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Comfortable working with diverse populations
A positive, proactive attitude and a love for helping others
Physical Requirements:
Primarily seated role with occasional walking or light lifting (up to 10 lbs.)
Frequent computer use and phone interaction
