Job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Processing compliance documentation including (but not limited to): Docusign paperwork, live-in attestations, IDD supervisory paperwork, performance evaluations, and other documents required by company, state and federal guidelines for compliance
Downloads completed courses in our internal learning management system (LMS) called Docebo
Extracts performance and skills evaluations from home health software program called Procura
Process all scanned and email compliance documents inbound to HR team
Upload compliance documents to our internal HRIS system known as DDANTE
Upload any miscellaneous new hire documents needed to employee files
Compliance Audits
Quarterly Dept of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
Office of Inspector General (OIG) Audits
Telecommuting Agreement
Live in attestation
Drivers License & Auto Insurance
Other
Covering phones as needed
Understand and comply with all appropriate HIPAA regulations; assure and oversee strict consumer health care record privacy and confidentiality
At all times, adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by State and Federal Agencies as well as PASCO’s administration
Perform other duties and responsibilities that are assigned, or required to fulfill listed key duties and responsibilities.
Key Measures of Performance for the Role
A high level of accuracy in system records created on behalf of employees and applicants.
A high level of accuracy and completeness of applicant records loaded into the HR compliance system.
A high level of speed and efficiency in applicant data/form processing and record creation.
An ability to successfully balance record completeness and accuracy with risk levels and caregiver experience.
A proactive and timely approach to all responsibilities including problem solving.
A focus on delivering exceptional service to caregivers, clients, families and colleagues. ·
A constant drive for greater process efficiencies, deeper understanding and greater ROI.
Strong time management (includes properly balancing when to provide support and when to kindly redirect someone to another team/person).

Qualifications
Experience
2 years of experience performing Administrative tasks in an Office Environment
1 year of experience in Human Resources (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
Ability to work with a diverse population
Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to maintain one’s own schedule and meet deadlines with autonomy
Willingness to work in teams and extend support to others when asked to solve problems and improve outcomes
Ability to operate a computer, familiarity with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook and Excel and Teams
Able to receive and process work in applicable electronic health record (EHR) systems
Bilingual in Spanish (both written and oral) is preferred
Physical or Other Requirements (with little or reasonable accommodation)
Backup support can be arranged on an as needed basis through the HR Compliance Specialist
Sitting most of the time in front of a computer screen or paperwork
Walking and/or standing are required only occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time)
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently and/or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Requires talking, hearing and detailed work with fingers, such as typing
Requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures like viewing computer terminal, extensive reading, and visual inspection involving small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection)
Examples: Positions that require sitting at a desk talking on the telephone, or entering data or processing paperwork that require only occasional walking to meet with others or retrieve items of negligible weight

The Employee Compliance Assistant is a flexible role responsible for supporting the needs of the PASCO Employee Compliance team. The individual in this position provides excellent process execution and high attention to detail. The Employee Compliance Assistant partners closely with other members of the team to ensure overall success of the team and PASCO.
Job requirements
LOCATION On-site in Lakewood offices
SCHEDULE part-time working 20 hours/week in our office with four 5-hr days or five 4-hr days
PAY $18-22/hour
