Caregiver Opportunity – Weekend-Focused, High Hours Available (Denver Metro)

 

We’re offering a consistent, high-hour opportunity for a caregiver looking to build a strong, reliable schedule across the Denver area. This role is anchored by a steady evening client and supplemented with nearby daytime visits to create full, rewarding shifts.

 

Position Overview

  • Location: Denver Metro (primarily central/west Denver with some nearby travel)

  • Schedule Focus: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays

  • Hours Available: About 20–26 hours/weekend (with optional weekday add-ons)

  • Shift Type: In-home care (CNA / IHSS services depending on client)

Core Schedule (Guaranteed Hours)

Primary Client – Denver (80204)

  • Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays

  • 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM (4 hours each day)

This consistent evening block provides a stable foundation for your schedule.

 

Additional Nearby Shifts (Daytime Options)

We pair the evening client with other close-by clients to build a full day:

Fridays

  • Midday shifts available (2–5 hours)

  • Flexible client scheduling to create 6–9 hour total days

Total: 6–9+ hours available

 

Saturdays

  • Morning: 2–4 hour shifts (Denver area)

  • Midday: 1–2 hour visit (Englewood area)

  • Evening: Core 4-hour shift

Total: 7–8+ hours available

 

Sundays (Best Full-Day Opportunity)

  • Morning: 2–4 hour shifts (Denver/Arvada)

  • Midday: 1–2 hour visit (Downtown Denver)

  • Evening: Core 4-hour shift

Total: 7–9 hours available

Shift Differential:

  • Weekend visit (Sat or Sun): +$1.50 per hour

  • Evening visit (starts 7pm or later): +$1.00 per hour

    • Note: A weekend visit after 7pm would get $1.50 per hour

Job requirements

Some of the things we're looking for in our ideal candidate include:

  • Current Colorado CNA license

  • Scheduling experience highly preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills 

  • Comfort and familiarity with technology

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance

  • Desire to help improve the lives of our clients

We'll pay for your CPR/First Aid certification if you don't already have it.
