Job Title: Outreach Coordinator
Location: Colorado Springs (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)

Schedule: Full-time working (Monday - Friday)
Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing

Pay: $68,000 - $74,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with case managers, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and local partners across Colorado.

  • Lead purposeful outreach through phone calls, community visits, events, and presentations.

  • Educate partners on Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) and illustrate how PASCO supports families with disabilities.

  • Listen—and truly hear—the challenges families face, offering resources that make a real difference in their lives.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure every referral receives the care, attention, and follow-through they deserve.

  • Track outreach details and referral progress using Salesforce and other data systems.

  • Represent PASCO at community events, ensuring our legacy of advocacy and service shines bright.

  • Skilled at building connections and finding common ground.

  • Organized and driven, you thrive in fast-moving environments.

  • Strong communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and follow-up skills.

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).

  • Experience in healthcare outreach or Medicaid services is helpful but not required—you can grow with us.

Bonus Points

  • Spanish language proficiency.

  • Existing relationships within Colorado’s healthcare or disability services network.
