POSITION:

Nurse Coordinator 

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide direction, coordination, supervision and implementation of professional and supportive services to Home Care Agency (HCA) consumers. Monitor services provided to HCA consumers, provide training to attendants and ensure consumer satisfaction and safety. Complete and submit all required documentation required by state and federal regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Communication with team and clients
  
• Medical documentation
• Annual In-Person Supervisory Visits
  
• Perform record audits
• Education to clients, employees and families
  
• Utilizing Carevoyant software program

Experience:

• 1 year experience practicing as an RN (required) with additional experience in acute care, medical/surgical nursing preferred 
• Home Health nursing experience (preferred)
• 1 year of supervision experience overseeing nurses and other care providers
• Spanish speaking (preferred)

Education and/or Licenses:

• Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of Colorado
• BSN preferred
• Current CPR / First Aid certification

Pay Range: $33 - $36.50/hour + mileage reimbursement + $2,000 sign-on bonus

Location: Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
Work Environment: Hybrid working x2 days in PASCO office (Tu & Th) located off I-25 on Kelly Johnson Blvd.
