What a PASCO Caregiver Might Do

• Brighten someone’s day with genuine companionship and support

• Help with everyday activities: bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise

• Prepare meals, encourage hydration, and support health routines

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings (if needed)

• Keep homes organized and welcoming with light cleaning and laundry

• Monitor well-being, follow care plans, and keep everyone informed

• Provide a caring break for family members with respite care

Who We’re Looking For

• Big-hearted, reliable caregivers who bring empathy and a positive spirit

• Great communicators and active listeners

• Patient and physically able to assist with mobility and personal needs

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current insurance (for driving roles)

• Experience is a plus, but what matters most is your passion for helping others

• Home Health experience highly preferred  but not required

• Compassion and empathy for all PASCO clients 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Patience, understanding, and the ability to provide emotional support.

• Physical stamina and the ability to assist with mobility 

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's licence and current auto insurance
  

Compensation: $15.75 - $23/hour  depending on client and services provided through Medicaid Waivers
