PASCO is growing rapidly and is looking for an experienced and compassionate Peronal Care Worker to join our team! Home Health Personal Care Workers play a key role in providing in-home care for the disabled community. As a PCW, you will:


  • Work one-on-one with children and adults

  • Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living 

  • Prepare meals

  • Assist with positioning/transfers

  • Do light housekeeping/homemaking

  • Run errands

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Observe, record, and report relevant care information to the care team

  • Build meaningful relationships with our clients!

Job requirements

POSITION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant caregiving/home health experience (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance (required)

  • Proven record of committing to clients and a genuine interest in helping others thrive (REQUIRED)

  • QMAP and GTube competencies (highly preferred)

Compensation: $20-$32 (+mileage reimbursement if applicable)

Schedule: Wednesdays 12p-9p & Thursdays 9a-2p with additional hours available Tuesdays/Friday
