POSITION

Director of Growth and Development

POSITION PURPOSE

This role is responsible for super-charging PASCO’s growth ensuring our people deliver best-in-class knowledge on the Medicaid system, that we’re proactively guiding families through the Medicaid system and that our admissions and transitions processes create exceptional experiences for families and our agency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Knowledge Development

    • Develop PASCO’s “Medicaid and waivers” and “Why PASCO” training curricula to be completed by all Administrative, Nursing and Therapy team hires. Collaborate with service line leaders (including Therapies) to ensure trainings are successful. Expand on the new hire training with in-person trainings and role playing that reinforce knowledge.
    • Develop and manage tools and/or reports that support how well PASCO team members in adding and/or enhancing client services.

    Care Navigation (new starts, transitions and therapies)

    • Strategically guide PASCO’s overall new care, adding care and transitioning care processes to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively for families and the agency.
    • Manage Care Navigation team personnel; Ensure team members demonstrate our Core Values, are additive to our culture and deliver on The PASCO Promise every day.
    • Develop a Care Navigation Lead who is capable of successfully guiding the day-to-day execution of the team.
    • Own key initiatives that improve PASCO’s client and caregiver onboarding and transition experience including helping clients establish care as quickly as possible, improving quality communication and touchpoints, and ensuring compliance prior to start of care. Responsibility includes influencing all levels of the organization to make changes, developing proposals that can drive results, and monitoring the effectiveness of the solutions put in place.
    • Successfully transition of The Therap Center intakes into being owned by Care Navigation.
    • Collaborate with DoTS to develop automated dashboards/reports that report on performance to KPIs (see Key Measures below).

    Other

    • Understand and comply with all appropriate HIPAA and Confidentiality regulations, maintain strict consumer health care and employee record privacy and confidentiality
    • At all times, adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by State and Federal Agencies as well as PASCO's administration
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities that are assigned, or required to fulfill listed key duties and responsibilities.

Job requirements

    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook.
    • Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred.
    • Experience with a healthcare documentation system preferred.
    • Experience with Medicaid or Home Healthcare experience is a plus.

    Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

    • Excellent organization and time management skills, ability to maintain one’s own schedule and meet deadlines.
    • Proven skills of customer satisfaction.
    • A fan of speed: ability to successfully operate in a fast paces dynamic environment experiencing growth and expansion.
    • Moderate or exceeding ability with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook.
    • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
    • Physical or Other Requirements (with little or reasonable accommodation):
      • Sedentary detailed work
        • Sitting most of the time in front of a computer screen, on the road, or paperwork.
        • Walking and standing are required (up to 1/3 of the time).
        • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
        • Requires talking, hearing and detailed work with fingers, such as typing.
        • Requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection).
        • Examples: Positions that require sitting at a desk talking on the telephone, or entering data or processing paperwork that require only occasional walking to meet with others or retrieve items of negligible weight.

PAY: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid - This position will work 2 - 3 days per week out of the Lakewood, CO offices 

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30a to 4:30p
