As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Services Specialist, you'll be the first voice many of our families and employees hear. You’ll play a critical role in solving problems, building trust, and connecting people with the care and answers they need.
This role is perfect for someone who is warm, resourceful, bilingual, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
PAY $22-$24/hour DOE
LOCATION/SCHEDULE Hybrid working Tuesday - Thursday out of our Colorado offices. Candidates must live in Colorado Springs
What You’ll Do
Be a go-to support expert for caregivers, families, and employees—answering calls, emails, and solving issues with empathy and efficiency
Use our ticketing system to document, track, and manage incoming requests
Collaborate across teams to get fast answers and escalate more complex issues
Keep families informed about community events and helpful programs
Help plan and host in-person events that build connection and community
Advocate for improvements in how we support families and streamline communication
What You Bring
Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
1–2 years of customer service or support experience (healthcare or nonprofit a plus)
Friendly and clear communicator, even under pressure
Organized and reliable—able to manage multiple priorities at once
Proficient with Microsoft Office and email
Bonus: Familiarity with Medicaid or disability services
Success Looks Like
50% or higher call answer rate
850+ support tickets resolved per month
4-hour average response time
